It’s 34 degrees in Bangkok, and we have to leave the plane for an hour so it gets cleaned and refuelled and back in the sky. I wish I did not have to walk out of the plane wearing whatever was suitable summer attire for Dublin, where I was only one day ago. I wonder what happens to your body when it is exposed to so many time zones, continents, temperatures, seasons and latitude changes in one day.
I travel so much, that my body sometimes goes “Eeeek.com” like my friend likes to say. Jetlag is the worst. Sometimes it takes a full week to get over it.
The Thai staff at the airport are super polite and make you feel really privileged. A weird feeling, but great for tourism. Fingers crossed that the seats are still empty when I get back to the plane…
